RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.

Note: We cannot accept refunds on earrings for hygiene reasons or personalised items made to your specification.

Please return the item to us in its original packaging, include your name, order number and contact details.

You have 14 days to return the item from when you first contact us.

We recommend you return the item using a secure and tracked service, such as Royal Mail Tracking service for UK deliveries..

Note: Brash Bijoux does not accept responsibility for return postage costs, or for lost, stolen or damaged items. These responsibilities are those of the customer.

For international returns, please ensure to mark the goods 'Returned Item' if a customs declaration form is required. This will ensure no additional costs are incurred and prevent any delays.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your item.

Refunds will be credited back to the customer via the original purchase method.

LATE & LOST DELIVERIES

Please contact us if your order is delayed, we will provide a tracking number if applicable for you to track.

Royal Mail classes items as lost after 20 working days (30 days for international items). We cannot refund or replace items until this time has passed.
